Wedding Art · Elena Fay
Compare the scope of one original wedding painting before comparing prices. Canvas size, the scene, event coverage, finishing and travel all affect the proposal.
A live wedding painting creates one artwork for the couple. Watercolor guest portraits create individual keepsakes for guests. A hybrid plan combines both, with a timeline and production plan agreed in advance.
Canvas commissions are quoted individually; this page does not advertise a fixed canvas price. Elena's separately priced watercolor guest portraits currently start at $2,000. That is not a starting price for a live canvas. See the guest-portrait pricing guide for that service.
Ask each artist to specify the canvas dimensions, included people and background, live coverage, finishing, delivery, framing if offered, travel charges and any applicable taxes. Check payment milestones, cancellation terms and what happens if the event schedule changes.
A useful estimate identifies inclusions and exclusions. Do not assume that a displayed price includes travel, framing, a second artist or completion of every guest portrait.

Discuss the Hybrid Collection, guest count and portrait coverage separately. Capacity and staffing depend on the agreed format.
These are planning options, not quoted packages or accounts of specific weddings.
Send your date, exact venue, preferred scene, approximate canvas size if known, ceremony/reception times and whether you also want portraits. Include the planner's contact if they are coordinating the art setup.
