Portraits for your guests

Watercolor portraits offer a personal wedding favor. Agree the coverage and expected output before booking; not every guest can necessarily be painted during a short reception.

Plan the destination logistics before booking

Venue access: confirm load-in, parking, stairs and the distance between the ceremony and reception spaces.
Outdoor conditions: agree shade, wind protection, evening lighting and an indoor backup with the venue.
Travel: include the exact address and wedding-weekend schedule so the proposal can identify travel and accommodation requirements.
The finished artwork: agree any studio finishing and delivery arrangements. Overnight delivery and a pre-event site visit are not assumed inclusions.
Portrait flow: decide where guests can provide references, return for artwork and avoid blocking catering or reception routes.

Budget and booking questions

What does destination coverage cost?

The proposal depends on the service, coverage, artwork and travel. Read the canvas pricing guide or guest-portrait investment guide before requesting a quote.

Can art be part of a welcome party or brunch?

Ask about the additional date, timing and expected guests. Separate events need their own coverage plan and availability confirmation.

Is Elena based in Santa Barbara?

No. Elena is based in Maryland near Washington DC and accepts destination work subject to availability. Travel is part of the proposal.
